Day 1b of the $25,000 NLH Main Event Kicks Off at Noon
Day 1b of the $25,000 NLH Main Event at the 2026 Onyx High Roller Series gets underway today inside the Merit Royal Diamond Hotel Casino & Spa, with cards in the air at 12 p.m. The second starting flight follows the same structure as Day 1a, with players continuing or beginning their attempt to make the money and a seat on Day 2.
The opening flight saw 65 entries take to the baize, with just 10 players advancing by the end of the night. Alexey Borovkov emerged as the Day 1a chip leader after bagging 5,335,000. Ottomar Ladva came in second with a stack of 3,690,000, while Mikalai Vaskaboinikau rounded out the top three with 1,490,000 to play with on Day 2.

Players once again start with 250,000 chips, with 40-minute levels in play throughout Day 1b. Late registration closes at the start of Level 11, with a dinner scheduled around 7:25 p.m. As with the opening flight, play will continue down to the money, with survivors required to bag a stack to move on. The Day 1c Turbo kicks off later this evening and offers a faster route to the second day of play with 20-minute blind levels.
