Geadah Drinking Double

First into the pot from late position, Omar Geadah moved all in for 77,000. In the blinds, Imad Saab quickly made the call, adding, "Sorry." He turned over {10-Diamonds} {10-Spades}, poised to eliminated Geadah and his {A-Spades} {5-Spades}.

Geadah would find salvation on the flop as the door card revealed the {A-Clubs}. The rest of the board blanked off, notching him a double up over 160,000.

Nadia Lahham Eliminated In 16th Place (US$15,400)

Sassine Ghazaleh limped in from early position only to have Nadia Lahham make it 40,000 more from the small blind.

The big blind passed and Ghazaleh pushed all in before Lahham insta-called.

Ghazaleh: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Lahham: {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}

The flop of {7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{8-Spades} changed little, but when the {Q-Diamonds} landed on the turn it thrust Ghazaleh in the lead and Lahham at risk for her tournament life.

Lahham would unfortunately see the {2-Hearts} fall on the river to see her tournament end in 16th place.

Sherif Zacca Eliminated In 17th Place (US$15,400)

With the action folding round to Chadi Ojeil in the cutoff, he opened with a raise to 36,000.

Sherif Zacca then pushed all in for his last 94,000, and after some deliberation, Ojeil made the call.

Ojeil: {A-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Zacca: {A-Hearts}{J-Spades}

The flop of {4-Clubs}{4-Spades}{k-Diamonds} change little apart from giving Ojeil a chop-draw. However when the {6-Spades} fell on the turn he took the lead sending Zacca to the rail in 17th place when the {Q-Clubs} landed on the river.

Chucri Finds Cowboys

Sassine Gazaleh opened the pot with a late-position raise to 40,000. Two seats over, Patrick Chucri moved all in for a total of 60,000. Next door, Omar Geadah was considering for some time, and he too eventually moved all in for a total of 180,000. When it came back to Gazaleh, he hemmed and hawed and folded {K-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} face-up, giving Geadah a rebate.

Showdown
Chucri: {K-Diamonds} {K-Spades}
Geadah: {Q-Diamonds} {Q-Spades}

The board ran out {8-Hearts} {4-Hearts} {9-Clubs} {A-Clubs} {6-Clubs}, holding Chucri's kings. Gazaleh slammed the felt with his fist on seeing the river card, having folded what would have been the nut flush. In any event, Chucri picks up the nice pot, more than tripling up by virtue of the blinds and antes in the pot. He's back just shy of 200,000 now.

The Ole Queen-Four

Walid Rizkallah was just the beneficiary of a monstrous double up courtesy of Henry B.

We caught up on the flop as the dealer spread {4-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds} {Q-Clubs}. The action isn't exactly certain, but it appears that Henry made either a bet or a raise of 60,000, and Rizkallah moved all in for a total of 130,000. There wasn't much decision to make, and Henry called, turning over {A-Hearts} {A-Diamonds}. Rizkallah stood from his chair and slammed his {Q-Hearts} {4-Clubs} onto the felt, having flopped two pair.

The turn {3-Clubs} was a blank, as was the {8-Clubs} that filled out the board. Two pair is good for Rizkallah, doubling him up to right around 300,000. That loss drops Henry B. back down to 210,000.
