The cards of Nashen Persad were already in the muck and he paid off a double worth 85,000 to Costa Giannakopoulos. On a board of K♦9♥8♠4♦J♠, the K♣J♣ of Giannakopoulos had hit two pair for the double.
On a nearby table, Xuecheng Mi three-bet to 24,000 and Ivan Govorov called. The flop came K♣Q♦2♥ and Govorov in the cutoff checked. Mi bet 25,500 and that was enough to claim the pot right there.
