Due to the circus continually surrounding Phil Ivey's table it was hard to get close enough to determine the full action. A helpful floor person and a player filled us in on what they are pretty sure happened.

before the preflop aggressor made a continuation bet. Another player raised before Ivey moved all-in. The aggressor passed but the other player called.
