Warburton In Back-to-Back Massive Pots

Level 36 : 40,000/80,000, 8,000 ante

Steven Warburton has a stack, and he's not afraid to use it. The EPT Barcelona runner-up just played two massive back-to-back pots with the tally being one win, one loss.

First off Warburton took a good one off of France's Ian Deyra, when he made a set on the river on a {K-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{8-Clubs} board. Deyra had fired 425,000 on the river and decided to commit the additional 935,000 chips to see Warburton's hand - this time {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}.

The very next hand Warburton were doing some river-raising once again, as he made it 540,000 over the 200,000 bet of Vicente Delgado on a board of {K-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. The Spaniard fired back with a three-bet to 1,55 million chips making Warburton engage in a one-man conversation.

"So that's how it's going to be, is it?", Warburton said to no one in particular.
"Every time I have two pair, you are better?"
"You have {K-}{8-}, don't you?", he mumbled to himself.

Finally, he resigned to his curiousness and made the call, only to see the {K-Hearts}{8-Hearts} of Delgado.

"Ya, I've got a King as well. {K-}{2-}. Sick runout", Warburton said after throwing his hand into the muck.
