Bertillson Sucks Out on Kuiper

Level 23 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Anton Bertillson managed to win when his tournament life was at stake and he got all of his chips into the middle pre-flop and in bad shape.

Bertillson was all-in and at risk for around 360,000 with {6-Spades}{6-Hearts} and he was called Bart Kuiper who held {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}.

The board of {J-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{K-Spades}{10-Spades} came to give Bertillson the unlikeliest of wins with a flush on the river.

Breviglieri Drops a Few Before the Dinner Break

Level 23 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

partypoker ambassador Natalia Breviglieri has dropped around 100,000 chips to go down to 800,000 chips on the dinner break, which begins for most of Day 1d now and will last one hour. We'll continue to bring you some information.

One player who is well over average on almost double the stack of the middle-ranking player is Yucel Eminoglu, who has 2.1 million heading for his refreshments.

Macdonnell and L'hostis

Level 23 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Marc Macdonnell bet 26,000 into a pot of exactly double that on a flop of {8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and one of the biggest stacks at the table Jerome L'hostis called.

The turn was the {4-Hearts} and both players checked, before the river card of {K-Clubs} prompted a bet of 60,000 from L'hostis and a call from Macdonnell. L'hostis turned over {8-Spades}{6-Spades} but he was way behind Macdonnell's hand of {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} and the Irish player rose a little up the leaderboard. L'hostis still has one of the biggest stacks in the room.

Tough Table

Level 23 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

There are some very difficult tables in the Day 1d field here in the #partypokerLIVE MILLIONS Main Event, but possibly none tougher than the one featuring Kenny Hallaert and Charlie Carrel.

Hallaert is currently leading the counts between the eight players, but it could be anyone's table and there are some huge personalities, leading to a lot of pre-flop action.

Play is now back underway following the second (largest half) dinner break in the room here at Dusk Till Dawn.

Manuel Bardon Beating the Table

Level 23 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Manuel Bardon and [Removed:17] went heads-up to a flop of {9-Spades}{10-Spades}{J-Clubs} after Yan opened to 26,000 and Bardon called. Bardon switched the betting direction post-flop, however, and his bet of 60,000 got a snap-fold from Yan.

The table is a very difficult one, with Kitty Kuo creeping over starting stack for her direct buy-in of £5,300 and Robert Heidorn dropping slightly below it. Manuel Bardon is still table captain, however, and has over 2 million - the amount a lot of the players have declared they're aiming for as a stack to take through to Day 2.

Yan Rising

Level 24 : 6,000/12,000, 1,000 ante

New Zealand's [Removed:17] has been rising in the chipcounts since the dinner break and that trend shows no signs of abating. He's just got the better of Britain's Alex Lindop. Lindop, himself a WSOP bracelet winner called the opening bet of 35,000 from Yan pre-flop, but on the raise to 120,000 from Manuel Bardon to 120,000 let it go, as did everyone else.

Bardon, despite winning that hand, has dropped to 1.6million from being the chip leader in the room before the break.

Twitched Battle

Level 24 : 6,000/12,000, 1,000 ante

Jonty Willis and Ben Spragg have both been sat next to each other since Day 1 began here at 2pm local time in Nottingham at the world-famous Dusk Till Dawn Casino. They don't just have their Day 1 entry into the #partypokerLIVE MILLIONS Main Event in common, but also feature their poker streaming on Twitch, under the partypoker umbrella in Willis' case during his debut stream this week.

Spragg might have the edge online, but Willis is getting the better of his opponent at the live felt so far. Also doing very well is Richard Kellett, who entered the £6 million guaranteed Main Event here after busting the £10,300 High Roller late yesterday.
