Eldridge Takes a Large Lead

Kevin Hobbs opened to 900,000 from under the gun with 
and was called by David Eldridge on the button with 
. Jon Van Fleet woke up in the small blind with

The flop came 
and Hobbs was the first player to bet 1,800,000. Eldridge was the only player to call and the 
landed on the turn. Hobbs reached back for a bet of 4,400,000 but Eldridge hung around to see the 
on the river. Hobbs chose to check this time and Eldridge checked it back. Another pot was sent the way of Eldridge who now holds well over half of the chips in play.
