Nikulin Takes a Massive Hit

Over on the feature table, Last Longer competitor Vyacheslav Nikulin raised to 850,000 with the {J-Spades}{J-Hearts} in the hijack and Gleb Tremzin on the button pocket up the {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}. Tremzin three-bet to 2.4 million with a stack of 13.8 million and Nikulin moved all in, Tremzin snap-called.

The board came {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{A-Spades}{Q-Spades} and Nikulin was reduced to fewer than eight big blinds.

Metalidi Secures Big Double Against Galitskiy

The flop was down {q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Mikhail Galitskiy bet 800,000 from the hijack after Artem Metalidi had checked in the big blind. With the action back on Metalidi he raised to 2,500,000 and Galitskiy called.

The turn brought the {10-Diamonds} and both players checked with the river card the {6-Clubs}. Metalidi proceeded to move all in for 8,500,000 and Galitskiy gave himself 30-seconds to think before he called.

Metalidi tabled {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for a flush, and Galitskiy was made to show {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} for just a pair.

Metalidi, who came in 8th place at this year's WSOP Main Event, secured a huge double to 22,500,000 and Galitskiy was left with 13,000,000.

Zhuravlev Doubles Through Butba

Roman Zhuravlev was all in for 4.1 million on the button with the {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Said Butba looked him up out of the big blind with {A-Diamonds}{9-Spades}. The board came {Q-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} and Zhuravlev survived over on the feature table.

Pronin Eliminated by Melnikov
