Parsons Doubles Through Glaser

Wickert Hits a Flush to Crack Maudlin's Aces

David Maudlin, playing from early position, and Anthony Wickert, playing from the big blind, got all their chips into the middle preflop with Maudlin the at-risk player.

But Maudlin held pocket aces and was in good shape against Wickert's .

The flop was safe for Maudlin. However, the turn , gave Wickert additional outs to the flush. And in brutal fashion, the river card hit for Wickert and Maudlin saw his pocket aces defeated.

Once the counts were confirmed Maudlin was sent to the rail in 34th place for £4,800, and Wickert stacked his new chips worth 31m.

Sheils Eliminates Kandola
