Level 4 : 700/1,400, 1,400 ante
Hannah Swales
Hannah Swales

As the turn was revealed the board read {k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{j-Clubs}. Hannah Swales was on the button and her opponent checked to her.

She announced "18,000" and threw out four purple 5k chips into the middle.

Her opponent shuffled his cards as he thought, before eventually folding and turned over one of his cards, the {k-Spades}, for top pair.

partypoker Sponsored Pro Breviglieri Shoves the River

Level 5 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Natalia Breviglieri
Natalia Breviglieri

partypoker Sponsored Pro Natalia Breviglieri was once again all in and this time it was Billy Chattaway with a decision to make.

The pot was around 20,000 and the board read {5-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{4-Clubs}{k-Spades}{8-Hearts} when Breviglieri put her stack of around 25,000 into the middle. Chattaway, who had reentered Day 1b earlier on, clearly had a tough decision as he went into deep thought before slowing moving his cards to the dealer and folding.

He has racked up $60,230 in recorded live tournament earnings and includes his impressive DTD200 first-place prize of £20,550 which he won here at Dusk Till Dawn cardroom and casino in March of last year.

Gatford Hits a Straight Against Gardner

Level 6 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Billy Chattaway opened the action from the cutoff with a raise and Ben Gatford called on the Button. Anthony Gardner made a three-bet to around 18,000 from the big blind and only Gatford called.

Both players checked the {9-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop and when the turn brought the {8-Diamonds}, Gardner check-called an 11,000 bet from Gatford.

The {9-Clubs} fell on the river and this time round Gardner led for 20,500 into the 70,000 pot. Gatford made the call.

Anthony Gardner: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}
Ben Gatford: {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

A straight for Gatford meant he claimed the pot and Gardner's chips moved back down to around 80,000.

Natalia Breviglieri
Natalia Breviglieri

partypoker Sponsored Pro Natalia Breviglieri has departed the Day 1b field.

Unfortunately, we did not see the hand in which she lost her chips. However, players at her table informed me she held {a-}{k-} and her opponent held {j-}{j-} on a {k-}{j-}{8-} flop when all the chips went into the middle and her hand could not improve.

Chattaway Takes All of Brammer's Chips

Level 6 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Billy Chattaway
Billy Chattaway

Both Billy Chattaway and Chris Brammer had already reentered Day 1b when they put all of their chips into the middle of their new table.

The cards were face-up before the flop with Brammer the player at risk.

Chris Brammer: {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
Billy Chattaway: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

The board ran out: {3-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{8-Hearts} {j-Diamonds} {j-Clubs}

Chattaway had the winning hand and his stack moved above 200,000. Brammer's exit means he will not be able to re-enter this flight but will have another opportunity to make Day 2 of the Main Event by playing in either of tomorrow's two flights.
