Hands #41-45: Rabichow Stays Out Front
Hand #41: Kevin Rabichow limped in from the small blind and Joni Jouhkimainen checked his option. The flop came 
and Rabichow led out for 1.6 million. Jouhkimainen called and the 
landed on the turn.
Rabichow checked again and Jouhkimainen tossed in a bet of 5.5 million. Rabichow quickly folded and Jouhkimainen collected the pot.
Hand #42: Alexandros Kolonias ripped all in for 24.1 million from under the gun but couldn't find anyone to look him up as he picked up the blinds and ante.
Hand #43: Francois Billard limped in from the small blind and Kolonias moved all in for 26.5 million in the big blind. Billard quickly folded and Kolonias picked up another pot.
Hand #44: The action folded to Kolonias in the small blind who opted to just limp in. Paul Fontan checked his big blind and the flop came 
. Kolonias led out for 1.8 million and Fontan quickly folded.
Hand #45: Fontan limped in from the small blind and Rabichow checked his option. The flop came 
and both players checked to the

on the river. Fontan checked once more and Rabichow tossed in a bet of 3.5 million. Fontan called and Rabichow showed 
for the best hand.
