Azor Gets a Lucky Double

Level 16 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Ran Azor ended up at risk before the flop for 280,000 with the {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}. He was dominated by Timothe Busso with the {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} but eventually got there on the {10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{j-Spades} runout for the full double.

Busso's stack took a hit and the Frenchman was then spotted on his way out soon after.

"Shy" Bedir Folds to Massive Shove

Level 16 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

With more than 700,000 already in the middle in a battle big blind versus button, Selahaddin Bedir checked and [Removed:530] simply moved all-in with his massive wall of chips. Bedir had a decent stack of more than 1.1 million too and asked for a count. It took a short while to determine that the shove was for 1,568,000 total.

"What do you have? Queen ten?" Bedir asked. No reply followed and Bedir folded. [Removed:531] asked if his opponent would show, to which he received "No, I am shy" as an answer.

Buldygin Flips Well Against Velasevic

Level 16 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Danilo Velasevic raise-called the shove by table neighbour Viacheslav Buldygin for around 25 blinds and they were flipping for a pot of half a million.

Viacheslav Buldygin: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Danilo Velasevic: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}

The {k-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop changed nothing yet but Buldygin improved on the {q-Hearts} turn, the {9-Diamonds} river brought no further twist to the roller coaster ride.

Davoodi Nearly Triples Up

Level 16 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Daniyar Aubakirov raised to 25,000 and Ferran De Antonio Canela then shipped it in for 228,000 on the button. Amirmohammad Davoodi went over the top for 308,000 in the small blind and Aubakirov asked for a count. He eventually called and

Ferran De Antonio Canela: {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Amirmohammad Davoodi: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Daniyar Aubakirov: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

The {k-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop seemingly sealed the large pot for Davoodi but the {j-Diamonds} turn suddenly provided gutshots for his opponents. What followed was a blank {5-Diamonds} river and Davoodi nearly tripled up while De Antonio Canela was eliminated.

Korochenskiy Vanishes; Oghabian Does Too

Level 16 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Harpreet Gill won a flip with pocket queens against the ace-king of Milad Oghabian, who spiked a king on the river but needed a jack for the gutshot instead to bow out.

Anatoly Korochenskiy was also spotted on the way out as jammed a {j-Hearts}{2-} out of the small blind into the {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs} of Furkan Beg. The {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{5-Spades} board brought no flush and that spelled the end for Korochenskiy.

In the meanwhile, Giorgiy Skhulukhiya and [Removed:530] have joined the mega stacks with more than 2 million each.

Sergio Aido

Martijn Ardon raised from under the gun and was called by Sergio Aido on the button. On a flop of {a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}, Ardon check-called for 24,000 and checked again the {5-Hearts} turn. Aido now made it 85,000 to go and received another call to see the {2-Hearts} on the river.
