Eliminations Before the Break

Level 21 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Right before the break, another three players bowed out and that included James Romero, Nariman Yaghmai and Artur Martirosian. All of them were short stacked and in Yaghmai's case, a suited ace was enough to get it in against Semen Kravets.

Nariman Yaghmai: {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Semen Kravets: {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}

The {10-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}{7-Clubs}{a-Spades} board spelled the end for Yaghmai in 86th place.

Norel and Madanzhiev Double

Level 20 : 12,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Eduard Norel got it in with the {7-Hearts}{7-Spades} preflop and Selahaddin Bedir was aiming to score the knockout holding {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. The {9-Clubs}{5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{k-Hearts} board kept the pocket pair in the lead and Bedir doubled.

Stoyan Madanzhiev also scored an urgently needed double as well. He flipped with {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} against the {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} of Liviu Ignat and spiked the {q-Diamonds} on the turn.

Last but not least, Bakhos Joumaa was eliminated on table one just before the break.

Down to 88 Players

Level 20 : 12,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

A trio of players departed including Balazs Somodi, Viktor Ustimov and Ramzi Karam. This reduced the field to the final 88 contenders, who are spread over ten tables.

Big Double for Semaska Against Martirosian

Level 20 : 12,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

A preflop raising war ended with the stacks getting into the middle between [Removed:464] and Artur Martirosian with the former at risk.

[Removed:464]: {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}
Artur Martirosian: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Alexandras Rusinovas: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
