There are 22 left in The Grand, but Jeff Gross managed to ladder with just over 1 big blind and the smallest stack in the game. Fellow Team partypoker pro Isaac Haxton got a min-cash in 26th place worth $2,227, but Gross played his short stack masterfully to ladder into 23rd place for $2,752. Gross also cashed for a bit more than $100 in The Weekender Final Day.

The Grand is now in the money with 31 players left, and both Isaac Haxton and Jeff Gross managed to make the paid spots. Gross slid into the money from the short stack, playing one of the bottom three stacks for the last several levels as they played to the money.

When Bo Pajesø Erichsen ended up bubbling, Gross slid into the money with barely 5 big blinds in his stack. Haxton got there with a few more chips, bringing about 17 bigs into the money.

partypoker Legend of the Week

The Daily Legends tournaments at partypoker have proven to be hugely popular thanks to their player-friendly formats. partypoker has slashed the late registration period, limited re-entries, and devised a structure that allows players to head to bed at a reasonable time without turning the tournament into a crap shoot.

Now is the time to try out some of those Daily Legends tournaments because partypoker has launched its Legend of the Week promotion that adds $60,000 worth of value to its Daily Legends schedule every week.

Legend of the Week sees you earn points for playing in selected Daily Legends tournaments from Monday through Saturday. Points are awarded for playing the eligible tournaments, but you earn far more by reaching a final table or by going all the way and becoming a Daily Legends champion.

Isaac Haxton

There are just 35 players left in The Grand, with 31 getting paid today. Among them are two Team partypoker members, Isaac Haxton and Jeff Gross. Gross is coming off a great Sunday last week when he final tabled The Grand, and cashed The Sunday 500. He can only cash The Grand this week, but he's still in the game. Pablo Brito Silva leads the field with more than 16 million.

The Sunday 500 is now on the bubble and Patrick Leonard is among the 35 players left and 34 paid, while there are just 28 players left in The Weekender, and Day Kotoviezy is still among them.

Hunting down partypoker “predators” earns you $22 tickets to the site’s Daily Legends tournament sporting the same name.

The $22 Predator is one of the most popular tournaments on the Daily Legends schedule. It runs Monday through Saturday at 5:05 p.m. GMT and features a $30,000 guaranteed prize pool.

That in itself is worth playing in the Predator, but the Predator Hunt promotion adds even more value. Up to 19 specially selected “predators” will frequent The Predator during the week and these 19 stars have an extra bounty on their heads in addition to the tournament’s bounty.
