Gottlieb was among the top chip stacks for much of the day and started to catch fire at the final table to eventually become the champion. He entered the final table as the chip leader and strengthened his grip when he completed a double knockout to bring the field from six to four and would then continue his hot run eliminating “AlwaysCheck88” in fourth place and “A.Jackson1757” in third place.

“Just riding the wave,” he would say in the chat to his heads-up opponent “RiverMan,” who congratulated Gottlieb on a nice run as they commenced on the heads-up battle. Gottlieb held and 5:1 chip lead throughout and after about fifteen minutes of all-in shoves with folding back and forth. Gottlieb finally finished the job when he paired a seven on the flop to confirm the tournament victory and the $9,270 prize.

"RiverMan" Eliminated in 2nd Place ($6,390)

After about fifteen minutes of cagey heads up play, Ross “Thehebrewhammer” Gottleib moved all in preflop and was instantly called by "RiverMan".

"RiverMan" looked to be in good shape for a double up as they were ahead with the {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} against the {7-Clubs}{6-Clubs} of Gottlieb and dominating clubs.

But the flop put Gottlieb on the brink of the title as it came {7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} to pair the seven. The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and the rover came the {4-Hearts} to eliminate "RiverMan" as runner up.

"echaser" Eliminated in 9th Place ($774)

"echaser" moved all in preflop over a raise from middle position for about 362,000

It folded back to the original raiser "RiverMan" who called the all in.

"echaser": {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
"Riverman": {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}

It was a coin flip but the flop would decimate all hope for "echaser" as two nines came off to give "RiverMan" quads and to create the first casualty of the final table.
