In Level 23 with blinds of 7,000/14,000 and an ante of 1,750, Event #7 champion "Lisaj416" found themselves all in preflop for the last of their chips in the cutoff against Yong "IReadYrSoul" Kwon, who was in the small blind.

"Lisaj416" found themselves needing to hit a three and did so on the river, but it was far too late as all it did was complete a runout of that had given Kwon top pair, top kicker on the flop. As a result, "Lisaj416" was eliminated in 15th place.

Shortly thereafter, "Wyeth" also found themselves dry on chips and out in 14th place, leaving 13 players remaining as with under one minute remaining in Level 23.

Level 24 has begun with blinds of 8,000/16,000 and an ante of 2,000 as the tournament enters a five-minute break. Eleven players now remain after "supafishh" and Yong "IReadYrSoul" Kwon found the virtual rail in the two minutes leading up to break.

Kwon found himself crippled after getting stacks in from the small blind against "RiverMan", who was on the button for a pot of 1.29 million.

Kwon took a commandling lead to the flop , where he found himself needing to fade 11 outs. The turn was safe, but "RiverMan" made like their name as completed the runout to give them a straight. Kwon was down to just two big blinds and lost it a couple of hands later, while "supafishh" also busted during Kwon's demise.

Complete chip counts from the 11 remaining players have been provided below, with "TheTerminator1" and Ryan "Whosyourdoddy" Dodd rounding out the top three as the only seven-figure stacks.

In Level 24 with blinds of 8,000/16,000 and an ante of 2,000, "RiverMan" raised to 34,000 on the button and Ryan "TheSims" Hohner three-bet jammed for 319,000 in the small blind. Dan "mj23style" Sewnig was in the big blind and re-jammed for 517,000 to put action back onto "RiverMan", who thought for about 10 seconds before making the call.

"RiverMan" had called correctly and found themselves with a shot at at double knockout that would put them over 2 million. The flop left just two cards between them and that feat, but both remaining cards hit Sewnig as the turn and river gave him top two pair and earned him the pot of 1.36 million, eliminating Hohner in 11th place along the way.

In Level 25 with blinds of 10,000/20,000 and an ante of 2,500, Brian "TopCreature" Sherrier shoved on the button for 296,000 effective and "ryanmco18" called all in for that amount in the small blind.

In Level 26 with blinds of 12,000/24,000 and an ante of 3,000, Brian "TopCreature" Sherrier opened the action with a raise to 50,000 in early position and action folded around to the small blind, where Eric "alwaysliquid" Vanauken called. "ryanmco18" was in the big blind and also called, taking action three ways to the streets.

The flop dropped and both players in the blinds checked to put action onto Sherrier, who made a continuation-bet of 57,000. Vanauken folded and "ryanmco18" check-raised to 187,000. Sherrier came over the top, three-bet jamming for 517,000 and "ryanmco18" called.
