"Shadyant" Secures Top Spot In partypoker US Network Online Series Event #12: $10,000 GTD PLO8 Hi-Lo For $3,330

Event #12: $10,000 GTD PLO8 Hi-Lo of the partypoker US Network Online Series came to an end late Thursday evening after "Shadyant" and "SadBigCheese" agreed on a chop that saw "Shadyant" take the first-place spot for $3,330 while "SadBigCheese" took home $3,269 for second place.

The tournament featured a late registration and rebuy period of more than two-and-a-half hours and once that time was exceeded, only 15 players remained with the top five spots being paid out from the $10,000 GTD prize pool.

From there, it only took two levels before the final table was reached and another five levels to reach the money after "maniacalmonk" was eliminated on the money bubble.

A Rapid Race To The Finish

Once players were in the money, it only took two full levels before play was over as "Shadyant" went on an elimination rampage sending "AlwaysCheck88" out in fifth place, "Flawlessbinkage" out in fourth place and "ChickenTendies" out in third place.

Once "Shadyant" and "SadBigCheese" got heads up, the players went on a quick break where they agreed on a chop.
