Ted “roystalin” Ely Eliminated in 8th Place ($2,275)

Blinds: 60,000/120,000

Ted “roystalin” Ely and James ‘Bagels’ Lillis went heads up to a flop of {q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. Ely checked to Lillis, and after he continued, Ely moved all in with {q-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}. Lillis would call him with a dominating {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}, and the {7-Hearts} turn meant that only another queen on the river would save Ely. The {3-Hearts} came instead, and Lillis scored the first knockout fo the final table.

Final Table Seating Chart and Counts

Just eight players remain now, and the big chip leader is Yong ‘IReadYrSoul’ Kwon, with nearly 10 million in chips. There has already been an elimination at the final table, so stay tuned to find out who busted out!

"jaehoez24" Just Misses Out on Final Table

Blinds: 50,000/100,000

"jaehoez24" open shoved all in for just over a million, and "pure_reason" put him at risk with {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}. He was dominating the fives of "jaehoez24", and the hand was all but over after "pure_reason" flopped middle set. The turn left him drawing dead, and to rub some salt in the wounds, "jaehoez24" made a useless set of fives on the river.

With that, just nine players remain, meaning that hand for hand play has resumed. Once we lose one more player, the final table of eight will be formed.

"ImSooNutz" Knocked out in 13th Place

Blinds: 45,000/90,000

"ImSooNutz" got his short stack in preflop holding {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}, and he was flipping against the pocket eights of "Gohednpopoff." Both payers would hit the flop of {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}, which would spell disaster for "ImSooNutz." A nine on the turn did give him some outs, but the river {10-Spades} filled up "Gohednpopoff" instead.

Just 12 players remain now, which means the final table is just around the corner.

Fresh Counts From the Final 15

Several short stacks have doubled up recently, keeping us stuck on 15 player remaining. Here is how all of those players currently stack up, with the blinds about to jump up to 45,000/90,000

"Gohednpopoff" Shoves the Turn

Blinds: 30,000/60,000

"Gohednpopoff" and "ImSooNutz" went heads up to a flop of {4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. "Gohednpopoff" checked to "ImSooNutz" who fired 210,000. "Gohednpopoff" put out a check raise to 650,000, and "ImSooNutz" called.

The {9-Spades} hit the turn, and "Gohednpopoff" immediately moved all in for 1.4 million and change. "ImSooNutz" thought for a while before folding, and "Gohednpopoff" scooped a big pot without a showdown.

Nice Knockout for "FRIELnGood"

Blinds: 20,000/40,000

Action started with "Jermz" raising under the gun to 100,000, and it folded all the way around to "FRIELnGood" in the big blind. He would move all in, having "Jermz" covered, and he would call it off with two black nines. Unfortunately for him, "FRIELnGood" held a dominating {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}, and the ladies would hold true on the runout of {k-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Spades}.

With that, just 20 players remain. Stay tuned for a full list of chip counts to be posted shortly.

Next Round of Eliminations: 28-36th Places ($383.50)

The following players each took home over $383 tonight.
