Reyes Back To Starting Stack

With blinds of 500/1,000 and an ante of 125, Don "dhimp20" Himpele opened to 2,000 under the gun and action folded around to Jaime "mooseman1710" Reyes, who called on the button. Both blinds also called to take postflop action four ways, and all four players checked the flop {4-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{a-Spades}.

The turn came {k-Hearts} and both blinds checked again. Himpele bet 3,000 and Reyes called. The two players watched both blinds fold and then proceeded to check through the river {2-Hearts} to take the hand to showdown.

Himpele showed {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs} for a pair of kings, which was bested by Reyes' top pair {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} to earn him the pot. After dipping below starting stack early, Reyes now has slightly over 40,000.

The River Gets Hohner

Ryan Hohner
Ryan Hohner

With blinds of 500/1,000 and an ante of 125, Ryan "TheSims" Hohner found himself down to 14,600 and open-jammed from the hijack. "LondonE13" re-jammed for 28,000 in the cutoff and all remaining players folded.

Ryan "TheSims" Hohner: {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}
"LondonE13": {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

Hohner pulled ahead and seemed as if he would win the coin flip as the flop {k-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and turn {5-Hearts} came, but the river {9-Hearts} gave "LondonE13" a full house and left Hohner dry on chips as a result. He immediately re-entered and was given the same seat he occupied, resulting in him not missing a single hand despite being knocked out.

With blinds of 500/1,000 and an ante of 125, Alex "JinYang" Butcher jammed for his last 9,800 under the gun and action folded around to Matt "gailums" Gailums, who was on the button and isolation-jammed for 80,000 to force both blinds out of the pot.

Alex "JinYang" Butcher: {j-Spades}{8-Spades}
Matthew "gailums" Gailums: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}

Butcher hit a jack on the river, but by that point only a ten could save him as the board ran out {5-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} to give Gailums Broadway and earn him the pot and knockout. Butcher promptly re-entered, getting a fresh stack of 40,000 on a new table.
