Returning Champion in the House

Level 1 : 50/100, 0 ante

Last year, 19-year old Harrison Gimbel emerged victorious over a field of 1,529 players, earning himself $2.2 million in the process. Gimbel is back in action today and looking to defend his title.

In a recent hand, Gimbel was squaring off against Team PokerStars Pro (Hungary) member Richard Toth on a board reading {Q-Spades}{A-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{A-Spades} and 1,700 in the pot. Toth checked from the small blind and opened the door for Gimbel to bet 1,300. Toth mulled it over for quite some time before splashing in a call. Gimbel confidently flipped over {A-Hearts}{4-Spades} and it was good enough to take down the pot as his opponent simply mucked.
