More for Danchev

Yann Dion raised to 80,000 on the button, and Dimitar Danchev called from the big blind.

The flop came down {Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}, and both players checked to see the {5-Hearts} land on the turn. Danchev checked, Dion bet 100,000, and Danchev check-raised to 330,000. Dion called.

The river was the {K-Diamonds}, and Danchev bet 850,000, Dion folded.

Nogueira Doubles Through Blomlie; Blomlie Doubles Back

Joel Micka raised to 80,000 from under the gun, and Ryan Fair reraised to 185,000. Joao Nogueira four-bet all in for 1.295 million from the small blind, then Mikal Blomlie made the call from the big blind for all but 55,000 of his stack. Micka and Fair folded, then the hands were revealed.

Nogueira showed the {J-Clubs}{J-Spades} and was ahead of the {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} that Blomlie turned up.

The flop, turn and river ran out {K-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{3-Spades}{6-Diamonds}, and Nogueira successfully doubled up.

Left with 55,000 in chips, Blomlie was all in on the next hand for 55,000 from the small blind and up against Micka in the big blind. Blomlie held the {J-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, and Micka had the {8-Hearts}{4-Hearts}.

The board ran out {J-Spades}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Clubs}, and Blomlie earned the double.

Wong Paid Off with Trips

From the cutoff seat, Dimitar Danchev raised to 80,000. Jerry Wong three-bet from the button to 180,000, and Danchev called.

The flop was {10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs}, and Danchev checked. Wong bet 150,000, and Danchev called to see the {5-Diamonds} pair the board on the turn. Danchev checked and Wong bet 425,000. Danchev made the call.

The river was the {J-Clubs}, and Danchev checked. Wong fired 950,000, and Danchev check-called.

Wong showed the {A-Spades}{5-Spades} for trip fives with an ace kicker, and Danchev mucked his hand.

Mikal Blomlie Eliminated in 10th Place ($120,000)

Mikal Blomlie - 10th Place
Mikal Blomlie - 10th Place

Immediately after his last double up, short-stacked Mikal Blomlie was once again all in before the flop. Joel Micka flatted the necessary 115,000 from the button and the blinds released.

Blomlie: {Q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Micka: {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}

The board fell {4-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and Blomlie's pair of tens were able to secure him another double up. After this hand he held roughly 315,000.

The next hand he was all in before the flop once more, this time holding {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}. Micka called him yet again and showed {A-Spades}{8-Clubs}. The two were off to the races.

The flop brought {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}{A-Hearts} and Micka jumped out into a tremendous lead. Blomlie was suddenly in need of a trey to stay alive in the tournament. The turn was the {j-Diamonds} and the river the {Q-Hearts} and Blomlie was officially our 10th place finisher.

With the elimination of Blomlie, the field has now reached its unofficial final table of nine. The players are combining on the main stage and we will have a full seating draw complete with chip counts momentarily.

Wong Bests Fair; Takes Chip Lead

Ryan Fair raised to 90,000 from under the gun and Andrey Shatilov flat called from the cutoff. Jerry Wong peeked at his cards on the button and announced a three-bet to 280,000.

Fair would not be pushed around so easily, however, as he four-bet to 715,000. Shatilov got out of the way and Wong wasted little time five-betting all in. Fair let go of his cards and Wong was awarded the pot.

Crowe and Micka Tangle

Owen Crowe popped it up to 115,000 from the hijack. His lone caller was Joel Micka from the small blind and the two saw {2-Hearts}{2-Spades}{Q-Hearts} fall. Micka check-called a bet of 115,000 and the {J-Diamonds} hit fourth street.

Micka check-called once again but this time it was for 265,000. The board completed with the {4-Clubs}. Micka checked for a third time and Crowe pushed out 280,000. Micka called and Crowe tabled {Q-}{J-} for queens and jacks. Micka mucked and Crowe dragged in the pot.

Crowe Continues To Climb

Owen Crowe made it 115,000 from middle position and Jerry Wong three-bet to 250,000. Action folded back around to Crowe and he slid out 515,000. Wong called and the two took a flop.

The dealer fanned {3-Clubs}{5-Spades}{A-Hearts} and Crowe continued for 305,000. Wong called and the turn brought the {J-Hearts}. Crowe kept up his aggression and sent 715,000 into the middle. Wong released his hand and Crowe was awarded the pot.
