Kenny "kenny05" Smaron Falls Two Shy of the Money

Kenny "kenny05" Smaron, who won the European Poker Tour Prague €10,300 High Roller last month for €595,500, was just eliminated in 13th place at the hands of Ivan Luca.

It happened when Luca, who has been opening most hands, raised to 48,000 from early position. Smaron responded by moving all in for 162,000 from the button, the blinds both folded, and Luca took his time before making the call.

Smaron was well out in front, but the flop made things interesting by giving Luca a flush draw, which he hit on the turn. However, Smaron was not drawing dead as either a ten or ace would give him a flush draw. Unfortunately for him, it wasn't in the cards as the blanked on the river.
