Haxton Doubles Through Drinan

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

In the last hand of the previous level, Ivan Luca opened for 120,000 under the gun and got called by both blinds. Everyone checked the {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{8-Spades}, and Connor Drinan fired out 140,000 on the {7-Clubs} turn. Haxton thought a couple of minutes and checked the information board a couple of times before announcing he was all in for 395,000. Luca snap-folded and Drinan looked pained but called after about a minute.

Drinan: {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Haxton: {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}

Haxton was drawing, but one of his outs arrived as the {3-Clubs} hit the river, completing his flush.
