Hands #11-15: First Walk of the Day and Flopped Trips for Luca

Level 18 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Hand 11: Bryn Kenney received a walk in the big blind.

Hand 12: Ike Haxton picked up the {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} on the button and raised to 100,000. Cary Katz defended the big blind with the {q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and the flop came down {5-Spades}{3-Spades}{a-Diamonds}. Katz checked and then called when Haxton bet 65,000.

The {10-Spades} turn saw Katz check again and this time Haxton bet 130,000. That bet worked as Katz once again wound up laying down the best hand.

Hand 13: Haxton held the {k-Hearts}{j-Clubs} in the cutoff and raised to 110,000. With that, he won the blinds and antes.

Hand 14: Action folded to Katz on the button and he limped with the {8-Clubs}{9-Clubs}. Daniel Negreanu folded the small blind and Justin Bonoo checked his option from the big with the {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. Bonomo checked the {5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop and Katz checked behind, which brought the {K-Spades} on the turn.

Bonomo bet 50,000 and Katz called to see the {Q-Hearts} turn. Bonomo returned to checking and Katz checked behind. Bonomo won it with his pair of fours.

Hand 15: Negreanu raised to 115,000 with the {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts} on the button and Ivan Luca called from the big blind with the {k-Hearts}{2-Spades}. The {2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop gave Luca trips, and he checked to Negreanu, who continued for 75,000. Luca just called and checked the {9-Diamonds} turn. Negreanu, who turned a gutshot, bet 150,000 and Luca woke up with a check-raise to 475,000. Negreanu folded.
