Cobian Left with a Short Stack

Level 35 : Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Justin Steinbrenner limped in from the small blind and Samuel Cobian checked his option. The flop came {8-Clubs}{6-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Steinbrenner led out with a bet of 250,000. Cobian called and the {3-Hearts} paired the board on the turn.

Steinbrenner checked this time and Cobian counted out a bet of 1,000,000. Steinbrenner called and the {a-Spades} completed the board. Steinbrenner checked again and Cobian ripped all in. Steinbrenner flicked in a chip to call off his stack of 3,650,000 and Cobian knuckled the table.

Cobian tabled {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for air while Steinbrenner celebrated with his rail after showing {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for a big double-up.

Cobian was left with 1,000,000 chips after the hand but doubled up with {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts} against Andy Wilson's {q-Spades}{4-Hearts} on the very next hand.
