Taranto Avoids Further Setback on the River
Level 28
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Edwin Dela Cruz limped in with the 9♦4♣ and Alessandro Taranto checked his option with the J♦6♥.
The J♥7♠4♠ flop brought a check-call by Taranto for 100,000 and another 500,000 followed with the same pattern on the 9♣ turn. However, the 7♦ river counterfeited the two pair of Dela Cruz and they checked it down as Taranto won some chips back.
