Small Boost for Phua With Two Pair
Level 21
: Blinds 0/0, 120,000 ante
The next limp by Winfred Yu with the K♣6♦ saw Paul Phua check behind the 8♦7♦ and both had a piece of the 10♣8♥6♣ flop. Yu elected to check-call a bet worth 350,000 and the J♦ turn failed to improve either player. They checked to the 7♥ river and Yu gave up the pot with a check, Phua checked it back and collected the chips.
