Kempe Turns Pair on Kenney

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

From early position, Rainer Kempe opened to 2,500 and David Peters called on the button, as did Dominik Nitsche and Bryn Kenney in the blinds.

The flop landed {A-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Kempe continued for 7,000 as only Kenney called.

Both players checked the {10-Diamonds} and {8-Hearts} on the turn and river, and Kenney tabled his {7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}. However it would be Kempe's {K-Spades}{10-Spades} that would earn him the pot.

Schulman pushed all-in and Aido snapped him off for his last 65,000. Schulman turned over {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Aido tabled {9-Diamonds}{8-Spades} for trip eights.

Zach Hyman (from Event #2)
Zach Hyman (from Event #2)

From the cutoff, Zach Hyman opened to 2,500 only to have Koray Aldemir three-bet the button to 7,000. The blinds folded, and Hyman moved all in for his last 16,500. Aldemir called, and the cards were tabled.

Hyman: {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}
Aldemir: {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}

The flop fell {J-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} and Hyman pleaded to the dealer to keep it low.

The turn saw the {3-Clubs} drop, but when the river landed the {Q-Spades} to give Aldemir the check mark, Hyman was an early casualty in today's tournament.

Chidwick Leaves Adams with Crumbs

Level 2 : 500/1,000, 1,500 ante

With 30,000 in the middle preflop, the dealer fanned the flop of {10-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. Stephen Chidwick checked from the small blind and Brandon Adams bet 14,000 out of the big blind. Chidwick check-raised to 40,000 and Adams made the call.

The turn was the {4-Hearts} and Chidwick shipped all-in for 67,000. Adams gave his decision a thought and then pushed in the chips for a call. Chidwick turned over {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Adams was ahead with {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}. The river landed the {6-Clubs} and Chidwick made three sixes to leave Adams with only 7,500.
