Hands #10-14: Everyone Mixing It Up

Level 12 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Hand #10: David Peters raised to 18,000 in the hijack with {a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Christoph Vogelsang three-bet to 76,000 in the small blind with {7-Spades}{6-Spades}. The action was back on Peters who quickly laid his hand down.

Hand #11: The action folded to Dan Smith in the small blind who raised it up to 33,000 with {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}. Stephen Chidwick called from the big blind with {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} and the flop came {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}.

Smith led out for 25,000 and Chidwick called to see the {7-Clubs} pair the board on the turn. Smith tossed in another bet of 70,000 even though he was drawing dead. Chidwick went into the tank before sticking in a raise to 170,000. That spelled the end of Smith as he sent his cards to the muck.

Hand #12: Vogelsang opened to 19,000 in the cutoff with {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Smith flat-called on the button with {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}. Peters also called in the big blind with {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and the flop fell {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. Peters checked, Vogelsang continued for 19,000, Smith called, and Peters folded the best hand.

The {10-Diamonds} landed on the turn and Vogelsang checked this time. Smith bet 42,000 after picking up a straight draw and a flush draw. Vogelsang called and the {5-Diamonds} completed the board. Vogelsang led out for 115,000 with the better flush and Smith found the right fold.

Hand #13: Peters raised to 28,000 in the small blind with {j-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Bryn Kenney defended his big blind with {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}. The flop fell {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {9-Diamonds} on the turn.

Peters checked again and Kenney also checked as the {7-Diamonds} completed the board. Peters checked for the third time with four diamonds on the board and Kenney pushed in an overbet of 81,000. Peters slid his cards to the muck and Kenney dragged in the pot.

Hand #14: Chidwick bumped it up to 18,000 in the cutoff with {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} and Peters called on the button with {k-Spades}{7-Spades}. Koray Aldemir tagged along with {q-Clubs}{10-Spades} in the big blind and the flop came {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. The action checked around to the {6-Hearts} on the turn and the {k-Diamonds} on the river. Aldemir checked his rags and Chidwick fired out 33,000. Peters raised to 135,000 and Aldemir sent his cards to the muck. Chidwick folded and Peters dragged in the pot.
