Aaron Farrell Eliminated in 10th Place ($4,110)

Aaron Farrell raised to 18,000, Russell Watkins moved all in for 75,000 and Farrell called. Farrell turned up {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and was dismayed to see Watkins' {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}. The flop was {K-Clubs}{6-Spades}{5-Clubs} and Farrell picked up a flush draw. The turn was the {7-Diamonds}, but the river was the {J-Hearts} and after a quick count to make sure Watkins had him covered, Farrell made his exit in 10th place. He'll collect $4,110 in winnings.

Gerry Fitt Eliminated in 9th Place ($6,165)

On the very next deal, John Caldwell raised to 20,000 from UTG, Gerry Fitt moved all in for 27,000 and Caldwell called. Fitt showed {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}, but Caldwell had him dominated with {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. The flop was {9-Clubs}{5-Spades}{4-Hearts}, the turn was the {6-Diamonds}, the river was the {2-Spades}. Caldwell won the pot and Fitt was eliminated in 9th place. He earned $6,165 for his efforts.

After the hand, Caldwell was up to 165,000 in chips.

Trading Blinds

Since our two rapid-fire early eliminations, the action at the table has slowed quite a bit. Players have been trading their blinds back and forth and we have not seen a single flop in the last ten hands.

Still No Flops, But One All In

Johnathan Tuckman raised to 25,000 from middle position, leaving himself 50,000 behind. Marcel Roosen moved all in from the small blind and it was 32,000 more for Tuckman to call. Despite the nice price he was getting, Tuckman elected to fold and Roosen raked in the pot. The young Dutchman is now up to 90,000 in chips.

At Last, a Flop

Danny Silk made it 25,000 to go from the small blind and James Potter called from the big blind. The flop was {10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs}. Silk checked, Potter bet 50,000 and Silk folded. Potter took down the pot.
