This brings a conclusion to the day, and we will recap the total number of players left in the field to battle it out in Day 2 when the information becomes available to us.

Janja has been at it for four straight opening flights hoping to make it to Day 2. She is hoping after she just doubled up preflop by getting it all in with pocket kings and holding that her wish will come true.
The fourth and final opening flight of the PokerNews Cup Main Event is scheduled to begin here at King's Casino in about 30 minutes. While players start with the same 30,000 chip stack, play will be much faster with just 15 minute blind levels.
The final opening flight will be taking place in the same room as Day 1C, and we are anticipating that with the help of this flight that the total combined field size could grow to over 800 entrants.
