Peters Triple Barrels Price

Level 10 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

David Peters was the aggressor in this particular hand, opening the action from early position with a raise to 18,000. Action folded around to Oliver Price on the button who made the call prompting Peters to ask the Brit how much he was playing – a little over 320,000.

The {4-Spades}{k-Hearts}{a-Hearts} flop looked to be a good one for a man raising from early postion and Peters fired out a 22,000 continuation bet, which after some deliberation Price called.

The {7-Diamonds} turn brought a second barrel from Peters, this one a slightly larger 55,000 and Price called once more to bring play to the {5-Hearts} river, completing a possible heart flush.

The clock ticked down to 2 seconds before Peters settled on his bet size and pushed out a towering stack of yellow 5k chips for a third barrel totalling 110,000. Third time’s the charm as they say, and that was enough to get Price to give it up.
