Fabrice De Benedictis Ships a Double

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Fabrice De Benedictis moved all in for 133,000 from the hijack and Igor Yaroshevskyy called him from the button. Both blinds folded and the cards were turned on their backs.

De Benedictis: {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Yaroshevskyy: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

It was a flip, and while the {q-Spades}{4-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} flop didn't hit Yaroshevskyy directly, it did give him a Broadway draw to go with his overs. Fortunately for De Benedictis, neither the {5-Clubs} turn nor {7-Spades} river hurt him and he lived to see another hand.

Diotte Ousts Another

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Andres Carrillo was all in preflop with the {a-Spades}{9-Spades} against Anthony Diotte, who had him at risk holding two aces.

Unfortunately for Diotte, the board had two spades on it: {3-Clubs}{k-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Clubs}. However, the river was a {7-Clubs}, keeping the aces best and sending Carrillo to the rail.

Byron Kaverman Eliminates Tito Ortiz By KO

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Tito Ortiz
Tito Ortiz

Byron Kaverman opened for 25,000 under the gun. Tito Ortiz moved all in after patiently folding away for the past hour or so. Kaverman quickly called the shove of about 55,000.

Kaverman: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Ortiz: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

The race was on, but Ortiz flopped nothing as {3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{7-Spades} hit the felt. He still needed to pair up after a {k-Spades} turn. Paint arrived on the river, but it was the {j-Clubs}, no help to the famed fighter. Ortiz patted the table with a resounding thud, and Kaverman collected the pot.

Last Woman in the Field Falls in 21st Place

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Jessica Perez Borrego
Jessica Perez Borrego

Jessica Perez Borrego has been the last woman remaining in the field for quite some time, but her run just came to an end in 21st place.

In her final hand, Robin Luca Wozniczek raised to 22,000 from the cutoff and Borrego, who was on the button, moved all in for approximately 100,000. The blinds both folded and Wozniczek made a quick call.

Wozniczek: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}
Borrego: {a-Spades}{6-Spades}

Borrego needed some help, but she was left wanting as the board ran out a lackluster {Q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{8-Clubs}. Borrego will take home $16,080 for her performance.

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Igor Yaroshevskyy raised to 23,000 from the hijack and Jonathan Abdellatif defended his big blind to see a {3-Spades}{5-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} flop.

When the {9-Spades} completed the board on the river, Abdellatif moved all in and Yaroshevskyy folded.

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Byron Kaverman opened on the button for 25,000 and snap-called when Michael Lech shoved in the big blind for 159,000.

Lech: {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Kaverman: {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}

The flop came {7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Spades}, giving Lech a flush draw. He instead paired up on the {6-Clubs} turn, and Kaverman missed on the {10-Diamonds} river.

James Salmon Continues to Climb

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

James Salmon raised to 27,000 from early position and only Fabrice De Benedictis, who was on the button, called to see the {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}. Both players checked and then Salmon bet 32,000 on the {5-Diamonds} turn.

De Benedictis called but wound up folding when Salmon bet 325,000 on the {10-Spades} river.

Roman Pavliuk Falls One Heart Short

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Roman Pavliuk
Roman Pavliuk

Roman Pavliuk shoved for 120,000 from early position and Luis Alejandro Mata, who was next to act, hit the tank before moving all in over the top for 250,000 or so.

That cleared the field and the cards were turned up.

Mata: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Pavliuk: {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}

Pavliuk needed some help, and he got a little when the {6-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} flop delivered him a flush draw.

Unfortunately for him, another heart failed to appear as the {Q-Spades} bricked on the turn followed by the {8-Spades} on the river.

Pavliuk was ousted in 20th place, good for $16,080.
