Vaskaboinikau Flips Well Against Riess

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Oleksii Khoroshenin three-bet shoved into a raise by Mikalai Vaskaboinikau and forced a fold before Adrian Mateos stole the blinds and antes with an open-shove.

Next it was Vaskaboinikau who moved all in and Ryan Riess in the small blind asked for a count. The shove of the Belorussian was for 407,000 and Riess indeed called, while fellow shorter stack Rocco Palumbo forfeited his big blind.

Mikalai Vaskaboinikau: {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Ryan Riess: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

"You have ace king?" Vaskaboinikau asked before the cards were turned over and Riess shook his head. The classic coin flip went to Vaskaboinikau as the board ran out {Q-Spades}{J-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{A-Clubs}, providing both the queen and the ace.
