Panno Applying Pressure

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

With about 85,000 chips already in the middle and the board reading {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades}{A-Clubs}, Francisco Garcia checked from the big blind to his lone opponent, Ernesto Panno, who was in the cutoff. Panno bet 60,000 and Garcia went into the tank. After nearly a minute, he folded {K-}{10-} face-up. Panno showed {10-}{9-} and took the pot.

Leo Fernandez Can't Win a Flip; Eliminated in 11th

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Leo Fernandez
Leo Fernandez

Leo Fernandez moved all in from under the gun for 106,000. Next to act was Ernesto Panno and he called the shove. Action folded around and the two turned up their cards.

Fernandez: {A-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}
Panno: {4-Clubs}{4-Spades}

The flop came down {4-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} putting Fernandez in a big hole. The {8-Diamonds} on the turn brought him some life though with a flush draw. Unfortunately, the river was the {8-Clubs} giving Panno a full house and eliminating Fernandez from the tournament.

The final 10 players are now on the bubble and the next player eliminated will be the last to walk away without a payday.

Garcia Chipping Up a Bit

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Cristian Fernandez opened on the button with a raise to 30,000. Francisco Garcia called from the big blind.

Both players checked the {K-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} flop to see the {K-Hearts} on the turn. There, Garcia checked, then called a bet of 30,000 from Fernandez.

On the {4-Spades} river, both players checked again and Garcia showed {A-Clubs}{J-Spades} for a flush he made on the river. It was good enough to take down the pot and he moved to over 300,000 chips.

Garcia Eliminates Korn to Break the Bubble

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Andres Korn
Andres Korn

Andres Korn opened with a raise to 26,000 from the hijack and Francisco Garcia called from the button.

The flop came {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{3-Spades} and both players checked.

The turn brought the {6-Spades} and they checked again.

The {8-Spades} fell on the river and Korn bet 22,000. Garcia shoved, putting Korn to a decision for the remainder of his stack. After some consideration, Korn called and tabled {K-Spades}{4-Spades} for a king-high flush, but Garcia flipped over {A-Spades}{10-Spades} for the ace-high flush and took the pot to eliminate Korn and end the bubble.

The remaining nine players are now redrawing for seats at the unofficial final table.

First Couple Pots To Franco

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

From the button Christopher Franco opened with a raise to 26,000, Matias Scaffo defended from the big blind. The flop came {A-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} and both players checked to see the {4-Spades} on the turn, where they checked again.

Scaffo continued checking on the {9-Diamonds} river, but folded to a bet of 16,000 from Franco.

On the net hand, Franco opened again from the cutoff. This time Lopez defended his big blind. The flop came {A-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{K-Clubs} and both players checked.

On the {8-Diamonds} turn, Lopez checked again then folded to a bet of 27,000 from Franco. With that Franco took down the first two pots of heads-up play and moved over 400,000 chips.
