Asher Conniff moved all in from the button for 12,200. Randy Lew was tanking in the big blind when we arrived.
"That must be a good hand," Lew said.
"These cards are... not bad," Conniff confirmed.
"I don't even know the math," Lew said with a smile. "I'm tempted to just throw it in and hope."
In the end, that's what he decided to do.
Conniff was ahead, but the flop was devastating for his hand, leaving him in dire need of an ace. The turn and river were bricks, and Conniff was the final player eliminated to get nothing.
