Quads for "vberkk"

Blinds 150-300

"vberkk" opened to 720 from early position and "flopping air" called on the button.

On the {q-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Spades} flop, "vberkk" check-called a bet of 868 from "flopping air". "vberkk" check-called a bet of 2,930 on the {9-Diamonds} turn, and the {9-Hearts} river saw both players check.

"flopping air" was glad to see he didn't put out a river bet as "vberkk" turned over {9-Clubs}{9-Spades} for quad nines.

"zscoro" Ousted by Better Boat on River

Blinds 500-1,000

"LetsGoGlobal" opened to 3,275 in the small blind and "zscoro" called in the big blind.

On the {3-Spades}{9-Spades}{6-Spades} flop, ""LetsGoGlobal"" led for 3,500 and "zscoro" re-raised to 11,000. This prompted "LetsGoGlobal" to jam and "zscoro" called for 28,394 behind.

"LetsGoGlobal": {9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
"zscoro": {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}

"LetsGoGlobal" flopped top two but was behind the flopped bottom set of "zscoro". The {5-Spades} turn brought some chop possibilities, but instead, the {6-Hearts} spiked the river to give "LetsGoGlobal" the better boat and take down "zscoro".

"zscoro" Endures Another Bad Beat as Cowboys Get Taken Down

Blinds 500-1,000

Only a few hands after losing his stack on the river and needing to re-enter, "zscoro" once again found himself without a stack due to unfortunate circumstances.

"LetsGoGlobal" opened under the gun to 2,319 and "zscoro" three-bet to 6,800 from one seat over. "C0LD_W0RLD" then jammed from the cutoff and action folded back to "zscoro" who called off his remaining 47,575.

"zscoro": {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
"C0LD_W0RLD": {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

"zscoro" was well ahead with kings and furthered his odds of winning the hand on the {j-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop. However, disaster struck for him on the turn as the {10-Hearts} peeled off. The {4-Diamonds} completed the board and "zscoro" was once again with no chips as "C0LD_W0RLD" chipped up.

Quad Aces Defeat Cowboys of "PowerRanges"

Blinds 1,250-2,500

"Jbird401" opened under the gun to 5,000, "DeeerTaaaY" called on the button, and "PowerRanges" raised to 21,250 in the small blind. The original raiser folded before "DeeerTaaaY" jammed for 83,141 and received a call.

"DeeerTaaaY": {a-Spades}{10-Spades}
"PowerRanges": {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

"PowerRanges" was ahead with the cowboys until an ace appeared on the {2-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop. The {a-Clubs} came on the turn and "PowerRanges" was still looking for a king, but it was the {a-Diamonds} to complete the board and give "DeeerTaaaY" quad aces as he raked in the chips.

Paggeot Rivers Broadway to Take Chip Lead

Blinds 2,500-5,000

Corey "Corgasm231" Paggeot opened to 11,100 in middle position and "Meatballs9000" called in the big blind.

On the {2-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop, "Meatballs9000" check-called off his 54,535 stack after Paggeot jammed.

Corey "Corgasm231" Paggeot: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
"Meatballs9000": {j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

"Meatballs9000" was ahead with top pair and extended his lead by improving to two pair on the {j-Diamonds} turn. With only needing to fade a queen, the {q-Diamonds} spiked the river to eliminate "Meatballs9000" and give the chip lead to Paggeot.

Bubble Broken as "santasworkshop" is Eliminated

Blinds 4,000-8,000

"flopping air" opened to 248,000 in the big blind to essentially cover the players in the blinds and "santasworkshop" called off his stack of 122,833 in the big blind.

"flopping air": {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
"santasworkshop": {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The flop was {9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} to put "santasworkshop" in rough shape. The turn {4-Spades} left him drawing dead as the board completed with the {j-Diamonds} and "santasworkshop"
was gone as the remaining players cashed.

"Buckoh555": {k-Spades}{10-Clubs}

"Buckoh555" took a big lead on the {k-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop, but the {q-Diamonds} turn left some possibilities open. The {q-Hearts} hit the river to knock out "Buckoh555" on running cards.

"healflip" Eliminated in 10th Place ($2,176)

Blinds 5,000-10,000

"Upay4mySushi" opened to 20,000 on the button and "healflip" jammed in the big blind for 72,000 and was called.

"Upay4mySushi": {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}
"healflip": {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

"healflip" was in a good spot and improved even more on the {9-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} flop. However, the {j-Diamonds} came on the turn to put him behind.
