The 2♥8♥4♦ flop checked through, and so did the J♠ turn. The 7♠ river improved none of the players. It checked to State for a third time, who fired 550,000 this time.

Putz and Montalban quickly got rid of their cards, seeing the worst hand being awarded the pot.

Montalban folded his mediocre hand, and the 3♦3♣K♥ flop was spread. Soceanu checked to Russo, who placed a bet of 500,000. Soceanu quickly mucked his tens, awarding the pot to Russo.

Manel Montalban looked at A♣Q♥ under the gun and raised to 300,000. A few spots over, Barnaba Perone clicked it back to 675,000 with K♠K♦, after which the action folded back to Montalban.

The Spaniard decided to four-bet to 1,800,000, and Perone instantly shipped in his stack of 7,725,000.

Montalban asked for a count but deemed the amount too much and folded his ace-queen.

Sposato quickly mucked his suited connecter, but Sogeanu had other ideas and back-raised all-in for 8,150,000. For the second hand in a short time, Montalban mucked his cards as he lost another chunk of his big stack.
