Level 1 : Blinds 100/100, 100 ante

After several raises, small blind Federico Giai had gone all in for 23,100 on a turn of 2K59, which covered the stack of Pier Fabretti in the big blind. Fabretti made a quick call for his tournament life, and the cards went face-up.

Misclick Leads to Anufriiev's Departure

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

David Carnero had raised to 700 from early position when Christoph Cajochen made it 2,100 to go in the cutoff. Stanislav Anufriiev called cold on the button, after which Carnero attempted to toss in a call as well.

However, he threw in too many chips. He was forced to make the minimum four-bet to 3,500, which Cajochen called. Anufriiev, however, bumped it up to 12,000.

This time, Carnero put in the correct chips for a call, while Cajochen decided to get out of the way.

Anufriiev committed the rest of his 17,000 chips on the 679 flop and was quickly looked up by Carnero.

Stanislav Anufriiev: QJ All in
David Carnero: AJ

Much to the amazement of the table, which included PokerStars Ambassador Rory Jennings, neither player had much. The 8 turn gave Anufriiev a gutshot and Carnero a flush draw, but neither came in on the J river.

Both players made a pair of jacks, but Carnero's ace kicker awarded him the pot, sending Anufriiev to the rail.

Gou Hits "Barry" to Eliminate Kempf

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

In what appeared to be a three-way three-bet pot, Jonathan Gou pushed in his stack of 11,000 from the big blind on a flop of 268.

Alain Ferrari quickly folded from middle position before button Christian Kempf called off for 7,300.

Christian Kempf: 1010 All in
Jonathan Gou: A5

Gou needed to hit an ace to knock out Kempf, and he did just so when the 4A river brought him one. Kempf said his goodbyes while Gou chipped back up to a starting stack.

Gal Leaves With Cracked Aces

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Daniele Pizzuto had raised to 1,000 in middle position and was three-bet by Vlad Gal in the cutoff. Pizzuto then put in his stack of 18,300 and was snap-called by Gal, who played exactly the same amount.

Daniele Pizzuto: KK All in
Vlad Gal: AA All in

The ultimate cooler had occurred, and it looked like the end for Pizzuto. However, the 5K8Q4 board bailed him out, flopping him a set and eliminating Gal instead.

Patronaggio Hands Over Final Chips

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Claudio Patronaggio and Simone Maglianella had collected 7,000 preflop when they saw a flop of A85. Patronaggio checked to Maglianella, who put his opponent all-in for 8,500.

Patronaggio weighed his options for a while but could not find a fold, sticking in his stack.

Claudio Patronaggio: 77 All in
Simone Maglianella: AJ

The 10 turn did not help Patronaggio as Maglianella had the higher heart, and the J river upgraded Maglianella to two pair, eliminating Patronaggio with his sevens.

Parrinello Triples, Besic Busts in Three-Way All-In

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Arriving on a turn of J496, Sergio Parrinello checked from the small blind to Selvedin Besic in the early position, who fired a pot-sized bet of 5,000.

Simone Maglianella called in the cutoff before Parrinello committed his stack of 18,000 to the middle. Besic rejammed for 30,000, and Maglianella called off to put both opponents at risk.

Sergio Parrinello: J9 All in
Selvedin Besic: 75 All in
Simone Maglianella: 64

The 10 river was of no help to anyone. Parrinello won the main pot with jacks and nines, while Maglianella scooped up the rest of Besic's stack with sixes and fours.

Yushevych Rivers Parise

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Ankit Ahuja, Antonino Parise, and Dmytro Yushevych went three-way to a flop of 697. Yushevych checked from the big blind to Ahuja in early position, who also knuckled the table.

Parise then piled in his stack of 13,400 for an all-in bet worth more than twice the pot. Yushevych raised all-in as well, folding out Ahuja and creating a showdown.

Antonino Parise: 74 All in
Dmytro Yushevych: 86

Parise had the better pair, but Yushevych rivered an eight on the 98 runout to take the pot and send Parise to the rail.

Ankit Ahuja

Ankit Ahuja raised to 1,200 under the gun and received two callers. It then folded to Dmytro Yushevych on the button, who squeezed in a three-bet to 6,600.

Ahuja put in a four-bet to 14,000, folding out the other two players. Yushevych, however, jammed all in. Ahuja called off his stack of 34,500, and the cards were tabled.

Dmytro Yushevych: AA

The 9KJ flop brought some extra outs for Ahuja, but he did not hit a set or a straight on the 46 runout, sending him to the rail.
