Two Pair for Modans
Level 23
: Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Down to 15,000, Krysztof Zapolski jammed from under the gun. Davis Modans in middle position raised to 75,000 and was called by Arthur Lacroix and Giovanni Renna, both in the blinds.
Modans bet 110,000 on a flop of 3♥10♣9♥. Lacroix was the only one to call, then both players checked the 6♠ turn leading to the K♥ river where Lacroix led out for 125,000.
Modans quickly called with K♦10♥ for two pair and won the pot against Lacroix's K♣J♣. Zapolski with A♣9♠ was eliminated.
