Atoui Hits a Straight
Level 31
: Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Kamel Atoui opened to 300,000 from under the gun with A♦5♦ and faced Paul Tedeschi who called from the small blind with 3♥3♣.
Both players flopped a straight draw on 7♦6♥4♠ and Tedeschi led out for 250,000. Atoui called, then both players checked the Q♠ turn.
The 8♣ river completed Atoui's straight so after Tedeschi checked, he bet 1,400,000. Tedeschi folded.
