A pot of 60,000 had developed by the river on a board of Q♠J♠7♣5♣6♦, in a hand between Nicolas Jean in late position and Domenico Paparo in the big blind.
Paparo led out with a bet of 45,000, and Jean went into the tank. After around a minute, he sent his cards to the muck.

A huge pot of 170,000 had developed by the river on a board of Q♣8♠3♦8♣7♥, in a hand between Gary Moran in the cutoff and Simone Demasi in early position.
Demasi checked and Moran slid out a bet of 91,000. Demasi went deep into thought, and after around three minutes Moran called the clock. Demasi folded just before the tournament director reached the table.
