Strickland and Press Chop

Stephen Strickland checked the 6♦5♥Q♣ flop in early position, and Stephen Press checked it back from the cutoff.

The 7♠ turn saw Strickland lead out for 1,100, and Press replied with a raise to 3,200. The call was made, and the 10♣ river completed the board.

Strickland led for 3,200, and Press raised to 12,000. Strickland then announced all in, and Press quickly called.

Strickland turned over 9♣8♣, with the Press tabling 9♠8♠ for the same straight.

"Nice hand," Strickland said with a smile as the dealer chopped the pot.
