"TeamVillage" Eliminated in 3rd Place ($8,355.95)

Chad_Holloway

In Level 42 (300,000/600,000/75,000), "TeamVillage" moved all in for 8,103,536 under the gun and "ElokkPoker" called from the big blind.

"TeamVillage": {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
"ElokkPoker": {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

It was a flip and "TeamVillage" was looking to hold to stay alive. Unfortunately for them, that proved easier said than done as the {k-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} flop paired "ElokkPoker". Neither the {q-Clubs} turn nor {2-Clubs} river changed a thing and "TeamVillage" was ousted in third place.

"tonecapone3434" Eliminated in 5th Place ($4,245.92)

Chad_Holloway

In Level 39 (150,000/300,000/37,500), "TightIsRight570" raised to 600,000 under the gun and "ElokkPoker" called from the cutoff. "tonecapone3434", who had taken a big hit and was left as the short stack, then called off for 417,270 total from the big blind before the flop came out {7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}.

"TightIsRight570" checked and then folded when "ElokkPoker" bet 645,074.

"ElokkPoker": {k-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}
"tonecapone3434": {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

Neither the {q-Spades} turn nor {4-Clubs} river changed things and "ElokkPoker" scored the knockout.

"FloptimusPrime1" Eliminated in 6th Place ($3,026.63)

Chad_Holloway

In Level 39 (150,000/300,000/37,500), "FloptimusPrime1" moved all in for 2,721,312 under the gun and "tonecapone3434" three-bet jammed for 3,714,708 next to act. The rest of the players folded and the hands were turned up.

"FloptimusPrime1": {8-Hearts}{a-Clubs}
"tonecapone3434": {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}

"FloptimusPrime1" had a kicker problem with his ace and it didn't get resolved as the board ran out {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{3-Spades}.

"Alkaty300" Eliminated in 7th Place ($2,157.49)

Chad_Holloway

In Level 38 (125,000/250,000/32,500), "blankface777" moved all in for 3,438,706 under the gun and "Alkaty300" called off for 1,555,901 from the cutoff. The rest of the players got out of the way and the hands were turned up.

"Alkaty300": {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
"blankface777": {10-Hearts}{q-Hearts}

"Alkaty300" got it in good but fell behind on the {8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} flop. The {8-Hearts} turn left "Alkaty300" looking to get lucky on the river, but instead the {10-Diamonds} peeled off to improve "blankface777's" hand.

"Archide73" Eliminated in 8th Place ($1,537.93)

Chad_Holloway

In Level 37 (100,000/200,000/25,000), "Archide73" raised to 465,000 from middle position and "tonecapone3434" called from the big blind to see a {6-Spades}{10-Spades}{4-Spades} flop.

"tonecapone3434" checked, "Archide73" bet 615,000, and "tonecapone3434" check-raised all in. "Archide73" called off the 1,660,672 they had behind and the hands were turned up.

"tonecapone3434": {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
"Archide73": {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

"tonecapone3434" was ahead with a set while "Archide73" was just hoping to chop. The {6-Clubs} turn took away any chance of that happening as "tonecapone3434" improved to a boat, and "Archide73" bowed out in eighth place after the meaningless {2-Hearts} was run out on the river.
