The action made it all the way to the small blind who limped. Christopher Moon was in the big blind and raised to 12,000. The small blind called.
The 10♠4♣J♣ landed on the flop and action checked to Moon who continued for 15,000. Before either player could think there was a check-raise all in and a snap call from Moon and the cards hit their backs.

Moon was well ahead with top-top but needed to fade the straight. The turn and river were both blanks and Moon would get the pure double at a much needed moment late in Day 1.

There was a early position raise to 8,000 from Chan Kim before a middle position player and Kevin Grabel on the button both called.
The 4♣3♠7♣ flop hit the felt and Kim continued for 16,000. The middle position player called and then action was on Grabel who put in a raise to 57,000.
Kim sat in the tank for a moment before he announced he was all in. Middle position got out of the way and Grabel was in the blender. He eventually put his cards into the muck but wasn't happy about it.
The pot was pushed to Kim at a pivotal point in Day 1.

There was a cutoff open to 10,500 before Brian Altman called on the button. The blinds got out of the way and they were off to a flop.
The 9♠3♠10♦ flop landed and action quickly checked through to a 2♥ turn. The cutoff put out a bet of 22,000 and Altman called.
The 3♦ hit the river and the cutoff slowed back down and checked, Altman took his time but eventually announced he was all in having his opponent covered.
The cutoff tanked for over two minutes before he found a fold. Altman was pushed the chips and is currently at the top of the leaderboard.

The middle position player min-clicked it to 100,000. Funaro took a moment and then Jammed. His opponent snapped and the table went nuts.
