Maue Ties for the Chip Lead
Level 34
: Blinds 100,000/200,000, 25,000 ante
Kayhan "KayhanMok" Mokri opened his button for 422,000 chips and Leonard "Grozzorg" Maue defended the big blind. The pair then checked through the 3♠Q♥4♠ flop before Maue led out for 1,300,000, equating to a small over-bet, on the 8♣ turn. Mokri called and they saw a Q♣ river roll off.
Maue then put out another over-bet of 4,500,000 and Mokri went into the tank. After taking some time from his time bank, he made the call but had to muck his cards when Maue showed K♣Q♦ for trip queens. By raking in this pot, Maue is virtually tied for the chip lead with Ivan "ILS007" Stokes.
