The $2,100 edition of the Thursday Thrill drew in a 163-strong crowd on Day 1, but only 16 of those starers remain in contention for the title and the lion's share of the $326,000 prize pool.

Three-time WCOOP champion Leon "RUMUKULUS" Sturm is the man to catch when play resumes on September 20. Being the chip leader deep into a tournament is a nice spot to find oneself in, but a fourth WCOOP victory for Sturm is far from guaranteed because some incredible players are still in the mix.

The likes of Brunno "botteonpoker" Botteon, Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson, Andras "probirs" Nemeth,"hello_totti," Renan "Internett93o" Bruschi, and "FAL1st" all return to their seats with top 10 stacks at their disposal.

Outside the top 10 yet still in contention for the win are players such as Alexandros "Pwndidi" Theologis, Blaz "Scarmak3r" Zerjav, "king153246," Tomi "elmerixx" Brouk, and soccer sensation Neymar Jr.
