Spanish superstar Juan "Malaka$tyle" Pardo has kept up his streak of capturing a WCOOP title every year since 2022 by taking down the $2,100 NLHE Sunday Warm-Up. Pardo was one of 155 entrants who helped create a $310,000 prize pool. He was the last player standing and received $65,069 of that sum.

Unsurprisingly, this event saw some of online poker's elite grinders hit the PokerStars virtual felt. One of them, Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson, was the unfortunate bubble boy, crashing out in 18th place, locking in $4,978 for the 17 survivors.

Pascal "Pass_72" Lefrancois, Jans "Graftekkel" Arends, Renan "Internett93o" Bruschi, and Samuel "€uorp€an" Vousden saw a return on their investments but fell short of glory, Vousden finishing fifth.

After "FAL1st" and Brunno "botteonpoker" Botteon busted, Pardo made short work of "whaleptt" heads-up to claim his sixth WCOOP victory and $65,069 in cold, hard cash.
