Up and Down for Muehloecker

Level 9 : 3,500/7,000, 875 ante

Thomas "WushuTM" Muehloecker raised to 14,700 and was called by Dmitry "yurasov1990" Yurasov in the big blind, who check-called 12,590 on the {q-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop and 25,332 on the {7-Diamonds} turn. Yurasov check-called for around 120k on the {2-Spades} river and his {q-Clubs}{3-Clubs} was no good as Muehloecker had {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}.

Muehloecker then took a hit when he flopped a flush with the {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs} as "fishbones11" rivered a full house with {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} to get the full double.

Right after that, Christoph "26071985" Vogelsang joined the table on his first bullet.

Two Double Ups and a Bustout

Level 9 : 3,500/7,000, 875 ante

Conor "1_conor_b_1" Beresford defended the big blind against Mike "SirWatts" Watson and check-raised the {k-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop from 9,888 to 29,466 to then check-shove the {a-Diamonds} turn, which was called by Watson for the last 187,826.

Mike "SirWatts" Watson: {a-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Conor "1_conor_b_1" Beresford: {10-Hearts}{2-Hearts}

Beresford needed a five but the river was a repeat ace with the {a-Spades}.

Shortly after, a preflop raising war saw Thomas "WushuTM" Muehloeckerat risk with the {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} out of the small blind and Dmitry "yurasov1990" Yurasov isolated with the inferior {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. There was no upset on the {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{10-Clubs} board which gave Muehloecker a full house.

Last but not least, Rob "batoelrob" Hollink flipped against Andras "probirs" Nemeth with {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} versus {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}. The board ran out {9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Hollink made a ten-high straight.

Two Bustouts; One Re-Entry and Two New Entries

Level 9 : 3,500/7,000, 875 ante
Vezhenkov vs Martirosian
Vezhenkov vs Martirosian

Mike "SirWatts" Watson jammed his short stack out of the small blind with the {a-Spades}{q-Clubs} and was called by initial raiser Conor "1_conor_b_1" Beresford with the {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}.

The board came {8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and Watson busted, then bought back in for the third and final entry.

Shortly after, Artem "veeea" Vezhenkov suffered a nasty beat when he got it in with {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} against the {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} of Artur "mararthur1" Martirosian and the {q-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Spades}{q-Spades}{10-Spades} board provided four spades for a flush.

In the meanwhile, Ludovic "ludovi333" Geilich and "fishbones112 bought in for their first entry to boost the field further.

Mulder Rising; Badziakouski Chips Back Up

Level 9 : 3,500/7,000, 875 ante

Teun "tinnoemulder" Mulder chipped up in a big pot before the break when he was part of a three-way action and called a bet of 49,500 by Artem "veeea" Vezhenkov on the {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} turn, as did "hello_totti".

The {2-Diamonds} fell on the river and "hello_totti" check-called a bet of 144,000 to muck when Mulder showed {q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for a flush.

On the same table, Mikita "fish2013" Badziakouski chipped up after the break by earning two pots in a row. The secon pot featured an open raise by Mulder and a call by Filipe "Zagazaur" Oliveira in the small blind, Badziakouski came along from the big blind.

Only Oliveira check-called a bet of 30,294 by Badziakouski on the {q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} turn and check-folded the {2-Diamonds} river to a bet of 144,000.

Papazian Out Before the Next Break

Level 8 : 3,000/6,000, 750 ante

Alexandru "steakaddict." Papazian got his stack in preflop with the {a-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and was in dire shape against Daris "DEX888" Pedes, who tabled the {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}. The boar ran out {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{k-Spades}{8-Spades} as Pedes turned the nut straight to score the knockout.

One hand later, Chris "Big Huni" Hunichen won a bigger pot without showdown by forcing a fold from Christopher "lissi stinkt" Frank on the {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} and the remaining 24 players out of 40 entries then headed into their third five-minute break of the day.

A Double for Beresford

Level 8 : 3,000/6,000, 750 ante

Conor "1_conor_b_1" raised to 13,200 and was called by Mike "SirWatts" Watson in the big blind.

On a flop of {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, Watson check-raised from 11,187 to 36,000 and called the shove of Beresford for just over half the starting stack.

Conor "1_conor_b_1" Beresford: {k-Spades}{6-Spades}
Mike "SirWatts" Watson: {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}

The {7-Clubs} turn and {2-Diamonds} river kept Beresford in contention with two pair.

Vezhenkov Back From the Brink

Level 8 : 3,000/6,000, 750 ante

Artem "veeea" Vezhenkov was down to fewer than ten bigs and scored a first double with {a-Spades}{7-Clubs} against the {k-Clubs}{3-Clubs} of Teun "tinnoemulder" Mulder. On a board of {a-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades}{j-Spades}{q-Clubs}, the ace was enough.

One hand later, Vezhenkov flipped with {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} against the {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs} of Filipe "Zagazaur" Oliveira and got there on the {10-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{4-Diamonds} board.

Filatov and Lefrancois Felted

Level 8 : 3,000/6,000, 750 ante
Filatov vs Prof. Hitman
Filatov vs Prof. Hitman

Mike "SirWatts" Watson raised to 11,000 and was called by "Prof. Hitman" only for Simon "C. Darwin2" Mattsson to three-bet the button to 51,250. Anatoly "NL_Profit" Filatov four-bet jammed for 163,591 and "Prof. Hitman" isolated by reshoving successfully.

Anatoly "NL_Profit": Filatov: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}
"Prof. Hitman": {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}

On a board of {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, nothing changed to send Filatov to the rail.

In the new level, he was joined there by Pascal "Pass_72" Lefrancois who was ousted for the second time. Having doubled Filipe "Zagazaur" Oliveira flush under flush, Lefrancois could not get there with {4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} against the {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} of "hello_totti" on a {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{5-Spades}{10-Spades} board.
