Simao Hits the River to Double

Level 7 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

In a battle cutoff versus button right before the blinds went up, the chips of Richard "raconteur" Gryko and Joao "IneedMassari" Simao went in the middle after a {9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop.

Joao "IneedMassari" Simao: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Spades}
Richard "raconteur" Gryko: {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts}

The {2-Diamonds} turn was a blank but Simao spiked the {a-Spades} river for a set.

Burns Busts Once More

Level 6 : 750/1,500, 0 ante

Kahle "ROFLshove" Burns clashed with "Aku1206" once more and check-called all-in after the {a-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop, tabling the {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. His opponent from Finland had the {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{2-Spades} for the nut flush draw and binked the {8-Clubs} turn, the {5-Clubs} river was a formality.

Joni "bustoville" Jouhkimainen has also been eliminated and re-entered, as did Burns. And defending champion "xnrobix" appeared at the same time on the first bullet.

Burns vs Aku1206

"Aku1206" raised to 5,250 on the button and called a three-bet to 17,250 by Kahle "ROFLshove" Burns in the small blind.

On the {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop, Burns led for 11,160 and was called to then see the {2-Spades} turn on which a second barrel for 58,320 and a call followed.

The {10-Hearts} followed on the river and Burns moved all in for 73,622, which "Aku1206" called to get shown the {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} by Burns. They had that beat with {j-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs} for two pair and took over the lead, Burns re-entered shortly after.

Frank Can't Hit the Wrap

Level 6 : 750/1,500, 0 ante

Laszlo "omaha4rollz" Bujtas has entered the mix while Christopher "lissi stinkt" departed on the first bullet.

Frank was working on a miracle after he was very short, and doubled twice already. The third attempt took place on the {j-Hearts}{8-Spades}{5-Clubs} flop when he faced Kahle "ROFLshove" Burns button versus cutoff.

Christopher "lissi stinkt" Frank: {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Kahle "ROFLshove" Burns: {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades}

The {4-Diamonds} on the turn and the {a-Diamonds} on the river brought no help as Frank missed a big wrap.

Amundsgard Doubles Through Dzivielevski

Level 6 : 750/1,500, 0 ante

Ola "Odd_Oddsen" Amundsgard raised the button and called a three-bet to 16,500 by Yuri "theNERDguy" Dzivielevski in the big blind to leave himself with 4,973 behind. Those chips went in after the {k-Spades}{10-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop to create the following showdown.

Ola "Odd_Oddsen" Amundsgard: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Yuri "theNERDguy" Dzivielevski: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{7-Spades}

The {6-Diamonds} turn left Amundsgard in even more trouble but he spiked the {10-Clubs} river for trips to double.

Another Full House for Hunichen

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

"jedimaster82" raised to 3,024 in the cutoff and was called by Chris "Big Huni" Hunichen on the button. Alex "dynoalot" Difelice then raised to 12,696 in the big blind and Hunichen was the only one to call.

They checked the {j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop and {k-Clubs} turn to then see Difelice check-call the {9-Hearts} river for 21,762. Hunichen turned over {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} for jacks full of nines and dragged in another big pot.

Hunichen In the Lead

Hunichen busts two
Hunichen busts two

The third bullet of Chris "Big Huni" Hunichen has worked out nicely so far as he scored a double knockout in the last few hands before the break. It was a three-way all-in before the flop that brought the following showdown.

"guinor": {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts}
"WhySoS€rious": {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Chris "Big Huni" Hunichen: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts}

On a board of {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{4-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}, Hunichen flopped top set and turned a full house. He then won another big pot without showdown to chip up further.
